"Work It!"

Do you ever FAIL in life? If we are being honest we all must answer, "yes". It's part of life. Especially when your talking about our walk with Jesus... we fail.

"But it's what we DO with that failure that will define our lives... not the failure itself, but the RESPONSE to that failure."

Listen to today's message as Pastor Kamron shares the answer to failure, repentance. He shares the reality that we are ALL "working out" our salvation according to today's Bible verse. And the biggest failure in our lives is not failing, it's QUITTING when we fail. Don't quit. Go to Jesus. He's waiting to forgive you right now.

"My Life/The Good News"

The things we experience and get excited about are the things we will passionately share with our friends and our family. If you have an amazing weekend and something really special happened, maybe you met a really famous person... on Monday you are going to share it right away with your co-workers or fellow students at school. We will tell everyone about "experiences" that are noteworthy and exciting.

If that is true, then what keeps us from sharing Jesus with everyone we know? Why do we seem to limit our discussions of what should be the focus of our lives? (Are we "experiencing" Jesus daily?)

Maybe, as Pastor Kamron shares in today's message... maybe we are failing to "experience" all God has to offer us. Maybe we are failing to recognize Jesus is alive and present in our life today! Listen and see if this is something you need to pray about in YOUR life too.

"God's STILL Amazing"

Pastor Kamron saw the "Ore Dock" shown in the picture recently for the first time in Marquette, MI. It's a neat part of history even though today it sits abandoned and unused. Funny how we tend to relegate once coveted and necessary things to the history books.

But one thing we can't afford to do that with is God. We can't look at the Bible and think "Wow, God WAS so powerful and amazing back then..." Today's main passage is Hebrews 13:8 (NLT) which says:

"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever."

We know that. We claim that. We repeat that... but do we LIVE that? Do we believe Jesus is just as powerful in our lives today as He was a few thousand years ago as we read in the Bible? We should. We must. The world around us doesn't need a history lesson. They need to see that Jesus is alive and moving in us today. Let's introduce them to Jesus.
